Statuses
The order status attribute represents wether the customer has received their order either digitally via email, or via fulfilled postal order.
Most orders will be in dispatched status.

Outstanding | The order is yet to sent to the recipient email address. | The order has not been printed or prepared yet. |
Packed | Not applicable. | The order has already been printed and prepared but yet not been handed over to the courier |
Dispatched | The order has been emailed to the recipient | The order has been handed over to the courier. |
Cancelled | The order was refunded. | The order was refunded. |
